Meet the Team Behind the Affinity Federal Credit Union Foundation

Judi Meighan: Affinity Foundation Director
Judi Meighan has over 25 years of fundraising experience, and has held positions at organizations such as the Visiting Nurse Association of Somerset Hills and The Willow School. At Affinity, Judi will use her passion for philanthropic related causes by overseeing all of its fundraising events, grant programs, and donor relations. Giving back is very close to Judi’s heart. In her spare time, she is an active volunteer at Somerset Hills Learning Institute, a school for children and young adults with autism. Judi is also a Trustee for Plaid House, a group home for girls in the foster system in Morristown, NJ. Not only does Judi give back to her communities, but she gives back to her team as well! She is an avid gardener and often brings in baskets of freshly picked vegetables to work for all to enjoy. Judi graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Computer Information Systems. She lives in Bridgewater with her son and two big dogs, Leonard and Larry.

Erin Witherspoon
Avid snowboarder, traveler, and Jeep-waving philanthropist, Erin Witherspoon has been with the Foundation since 2016. She is responsible for coordinating the Foundation’s various fundraising events and developing the marketing components to support those Foundation events. Erin is a member of Affinity’s Scholarship Committee and organizes employee fundraising efforts with the Employee Community Impact Committee, which supports select non-profit organizations outside the scope of the Foundation’s focus areas. Additionally, Erin manages the credit union’s employee volunteerism program, which provides employee volunteers with additional paid time off throughout the year. Erin graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Concentration in Marketing, and holds membership in the National Service Fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega. Erin resides in West Milford with her family and rescue dog, Alex.
