First Quarter

    • 180 Turning Lives Around in Hazlet, NJ to support their programs, which place an emphasis on improving the whole spectrum of clients’ wellbeing, with financial and physical health as top priorities.
    • Abilities of Northwest Jersey, Inc. in Washington, NJ for their programs that serve individuals with physical, mental, intellectual and developmental disabilities who need limited or intensive supports, and economically disadvantaged individuals.
    • Catholic Charities Community Services of Rockland in Haverstraw, NY will apply their grant toward their Eviction Prevention Program which helps over 200 low-income families each year remain safely in their homes through comprehensive case management and financial education.
    • Community Center of Northern Westchester in Katonah, NY to support their Workforce Development Program to provide their clients with health services and opportunities to improve their job skills and attain or regain economic security.
    • Crossroads4Hope in Bedminster, NJ will apply their grant to their Multicultural Outreach for Psychosocial Oncology Support Initiative to expand their presence in the vulnerable communities of New Jersey, resulting in monthly wellness/educational workshops for multicultural cancer patients and families.
    • Family ReEntry in Bridgeport, CT for their programs that provide behavioral health, medication management, intensive care coordination, psycho-educational groups, mentoring, residential support, recovery and life skills groups, and advocacy, leading to a reduction in risk and recidivism, increasing public safety, and reducing the overall financial and emotional costs associated with abuse, crime and incarceration.
    • HABcore, Inc. in Red Bank, NJ to support their efforts of connecting their clients with access to counseling, healthcare, drug/alcohol treatment, fitness, mentorship and Supported Employment, helping them overcome barriers to maintaining and improving work, reducing debt and increasing their savings.
    • Nourish.NJ in Morristown, NJ to further their mission of creating lasting solutions to the problems of hunger, homelessness and poverty through feeding, housing, work readiness, medical, social and educational programs delivered in a warm, safe and caring environment at no cost.
    • Roots and Wings in Denville, NJ to serve young adults through their residential and outreach programs, with the goal of providing the opportunities and support they need to successfully transition from foster care to independent adulthood. Programs emphasize life skills training, financial literacy, financial independence and the importance of an education.
    • America’s Grow-a-Row in Pittstown, NJ to support their fresh produce distribution to people struggling with food insecurity and health issues, and nutrition and culinary education programs to promote sustained healthy eating habits.
    • Elijah’s Promise in New Brunswick, NJ to further their mission of ending hunger through their community soup kitchen and providing education and jobs in the food industry through their Promise Culinary School, a community garden, community advocacy and creating social enterprise food businesses that further social good.
