Affinity Federal Credit Union Elevates Senior Leaders as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Credit Officer
BASKING RIDGE, N.J. — January 4, 2024 — Affinity Federal Credit Union (“Affinity”) announces the promotion of Pam Cohen as Chief Administrative Officer and Kathleen Metz as Chief Credit Officer. Both are new roles for the organization.
Cohen will be responsible for overseeing several core functions within the credit union, including Marketing, People & Culture, Risk Operations, Enterprise Risk Management, Branch Operations, Mortgage Loan Officers, Community Engagement and more. Prior to her new role, Cohen served as Senior Vice President of Affinity’s People, Culture & Administration for seven years. She was also recently named one of American Bankers’ “Most Powerful Women in Credit Unions.”
Metz will oversee Commercial Lending, Consumer Lending, Member Care, Loan Administration, and Mortgage Underwriting and Processing. She has been with Affinity for 10 years, and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Lending for nearly three years.

Cohen and Metz assumed the new roles as of Jan. 1, 2024.
