Allison will play a crucial role in enhancing Affinity’s member experience. He will guide the strategy around technology investments to optimize IT infrastructure and drive innovation. His work will also focus on maintaining pace with cybersecurity solutions and measures to ensure Affinity members’ personal information is safeguarded. This work will provide the foundation to drive digital innovation and leverage the dynamic advances in analytics and artificial intelligence to create the best services and choices for our members.

Allison brings over two decades of banking and technology experience to the role, most recently having served as CIO of Republic Bank, among other financial institutions. He holds a executive masters in technology management degree from Penn Engineering and the Wharton School of Business.
