Prepare for Your Transition.
Your business will transition to Business Advantage on the date included in the email you received. To prepare for the move to Business Advantage, we recommend administrators complete the following:
Save Wire Reports
Download or export wire reports for the past year
Save ACH Reports
Download or export ACH reports for the past year
Scheduled Transfers
Review any recurring transfers that may need to be recreated
Note Bill Pay Payees
Make note of Bill Pay payees that will need to be added again
Your existing business online banking system will remain accessible through late fall 2026, so you can retrieve reports or past transaction history if needed.
Important Processing Cutoff Times.
On the business day before your transition date (date included in the email you received), certain services will stop accepting new transactions after the following cutoff times:

Transactions submitted before these cutoff times will process normally.
Your First Login Experience.
Once your business transitions to Business Advantage, you’ll log in through the Affinity website using your existing User ID and password (complete this before downloading the new mobile app).

Create a secure new password for your account
Set Up Security Token
Enroll your new security token (instructions will be provided)

Administrator Action Required
Primary Administrators
Primary administrators will play an important role in completing the initial setup for their business.
After your transition, primary administrators should:
- Log in and complete first-time setup
- Review user access and permissions
- Assign business permissions to users as needed
- Remove any users who should no longer have access
Secondary Administrators
Secondary administrators will be converted to users in the new system. Primary administrators will be able to update their permissions after logging in.
Important Changes to Know.
As your business transitions to Business Advantage, here are a few key updates to be aware of so you’re prepared and ready from day one.
Wire Transfers
- Domestic and international wires supported
- Existing wire templates will transfer
- Up to one year of wire history included
- New security tokens required (setup instructions provided)
- International wire cutoff extends to 4:30 PM
Transfers
- Scheduled and recurring transfers will not transfer
- Must be set up again after your transition
ACH Payments
- ACH payments continue with enhanced controls
- Existing templates will transfer
- Up to one year of transaction history included
- New security tokens will be issued
Deposits
- No changes to your deposit experience
- Continue using mobile deposit and desktop scanners
Bill Pay
- Business Bill Pay remains available
- Payees and payment history will not transfer
- Payees must be added again after conversion
- History can be downloaded from the current platform (through early June)
Positive Pay
- Greater visibility and control over exceptions
- Mismatched items will be flagged for review
- Daily email at 7:00 AM if action is needed
- Decisions due by 11:00 AM the same day
- Review and approve items directly in Business Advantage

When will my business move to Business Advantage?

Will I still have access to the current system?
Yes. The current business online banking system will remain accessible through early June so you can retrieve reports or historical information if needed.
Will my login information change?
You will log in using your existing User ID and password. During your first login, you’ll be prompted to update your password and accept the updated terms and conditions. You will continue to use your existing User ID going forward.
