Quick Balance Widget for iPhone

Access Quick Balance from the Notification Center.


Push Notifications:

Will I automatically receive Push Notifications? No. It has to be enabled through “Settings” in the mobile app.

If I set up alerts in Online Banking will I automatically be subscribed to them when I enable Push Notifications? Yes. You will automatically be subscribed to receive Push Notifications, but you can turn off any alert in the mobile app.


Forgot Username and Password:

Can I retrieve my login credentials from the mobile app? Yes. You can retrieve them by accessing the “More” button on the login page.  You will also be prompted to retrieve your credentials after a failed login attempt.


Android Fingerprint ID:

Does every Android device have Fingerprint ID? No. It is only supported by Android devices that have a physical fingerprint scanner and are running the Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.

How do I set up Fingerprint ID? When logging in to the updated v5.2 Android app for the first time you will be prompted to enable this feature.

Do I have to enable Fingerprint ID? No. You can disregard the set-up prompt.  If you do enable it, but decide you no longer want to use it, you can turn it off from “Settings” in the mobile app.


3D Touch:

Does every phone have 3D Touch functionality? No. Only iPhone 6S and 6S Plus offer 3D Touch. 

Split Screen Multitasking:

Is every iPad enabled with Split Screen Multitasking? No. Only iPads running iOS 9 will offer this functionality.

Quick Balance Widget:

Can I add Quick Balance to the Notification Center on an iOS device? Yes. Quick Balance can now be added as a widget. It’s listed as Affinity FCU in the Notification Center “edit” section.
