Automated Telephone Banking Service: AUDREY
AUDREY, our free automated telephone banking service, lets you access your accounts from any touch-tone phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can choose to interact using either your voice or your phone keypad.
With AUDREY Telephone Banking, you can:
- Check account balances
- Track your transactions
- Transfer funds between your Affinity accounts securely
- Make payments on Affinity loans and credit cards
- Access information about products, branch locations and hours
To access AUDREY telephone banking for the first time, call 800.325.0808.
- You will need to use the last four digits of your social security number as your initial Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- After that, you will be asked to choose a new PIN. If you like, you can choose the same PIN that you had previously.
- Please note: you cannot select a PIN that has already been chosen by someone with whom you have “linked” accounts (such as someone who is a joint account holder). If you do, you’ll be asked to select a new PIN.
