Affinity Federal Credit Union Welcomes Two New Directors

Basking Ridge, N.J. (March 22, 2021)  – Affinity Federal Credit Union announced today the addition of Tara Brady as its new Member Experience Director and Tracy Van Brunt as its new Digital Contact Director. Brady will oversee the branch banking network team and all Affinity Investment Services (AIS) investment and planning centers. Van Brunt will lead Affinity’s new Digital Contact team, combining the Digital Branch Sales and Hub Contact Center Inbound Service teams.

TaraBrady’s expertise is rooted in member onboarding, defining an overall positive member experience, and increasing member loyalty. Her passion for creating a consistent experience structure and process makes her a winning asset as Affinity continues to elevate its member experience. She prides herself on actively listening to help members financially thrive.

Before joining Affinity, Brady was the Vice President of Sales and Customer Onboarding with WSFS Bank. She also held multiple leadership roles orientated around team and customer experience at Wells Fargo. Brady was named Top Millennial in Banking by the Philadelphia Business Journal in 2017.

TracyVan Brunt brings 18 years of experience within multiple roles at Affinity to her newest position, from interacting with members as a financial frontline responder to leading individuals and managers alike. She has been a pioneer in supporting the organization to deliver a world-class member experience. Her passion and years of expertise make her a perfect fit to lead Affinity’s newly combined team that will deliver immense value to members.

Prior to joining Affinity in 2003, Van Brunt worked in the pharmaceutical public relations industry on new product initiatives for the FDA. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration from Berkeley College.
