Our simple process allows you to set up new accounts and close your old accounts all in one place. Ready to make the SWITCH? 1. Enroll with a representative Meet with a local branch representative or speak with our Member Service Center at 800.325.0808 to enroll in ClickSWITCH. 2. Log in to ClickSWITCH Once you are enrolled, simply log in to ClickSWITCH using your SwitchTRACK code. 3. Set up your log in information Complete the member information fields and select your security questions. 4. Make the SWITCH Follow the on-screen instructions to add your direct deposit, switch over automatic payments and close your old account. Log in to ClickSWITCH Here's what you'll need to get started: Any direct deposit information, including the names and addresses of your depositor. All automatic payment information, including company names and addresses, login information and your account numbers. Your account information for the account you wish to close or switch from, including the financial institution’s name and address, account login information, routing number and account number. Benefits of using ClickSWITCH: You can search a company or institution, and the information will automatically pre-populate for you. eSignature to securely submit forms for each of your switches and closures. Switch Assist, your transaction information will be imported from your other financial institution. Select the account that you use for your automatic payments, direct deposits and bill pay. Your transaction history will be populated in the sections based on your transactions. Your old financial institution will be notified of closure of old account.
