Can I still reach Affinity at the same number?
Yes, our Member Service Center number will stay the same:800.325.0808.
What if i just want to talk to a person?
You can request to speak to a representative at any time during business hours.
How do I access my accounts?
If you are using telephone banking for the first time, log in to Online Banking (on a desktop) to locate your PIN or ask a member service representative. Once you access telephone banking with this PIN, you will be asked to select a new PIN.
What if I forget my telephone banking PIN?
To see your PIN, log onto online banking and select "My Accounts" or call us at 800.325.0808 (Monday through Friday 5:00PM - 7:00PM).
What if I use an auxiliary aid or service such as TTY/TDD device?
As before, members using auxiliary aids and services like TTY/TDD devices are encouraged to contact us via our TTY number: 908.860.3991.
What if I need help with your new phone system?
During the transition to our new system, our Member Service Center will offer a dedicated phone line at 866.992.3369 to better assist with any questions you may have.
