Here are some tips to protect yourself:

• Change your PIN: Has it been a while since you changed your PIN? Changing your ATM PIN is an easy way to limit the potential for fraud.
• Call 866.673.6580 and follow the prompts to change your PIN
• Visit any Affinity ATM and follow the prompts to change your PIN
• Note, you will need to know your current PIN in order to change it to a new PIN
• Use the Affinity FCU Card App (available in the App Store or Google Play) to:
• Set up text/email alerts on ATM transactions
• Turn your debit card off (or on)
• Turn off (or on) the ability to transact at an ATM

If you suspect there is fraud on your account, here’s how to dispute a transaction:

• Log in to Online Banking or the Mobile App.
• Visit the “Request Center”
• Under “Credit & Debit Cards”
• Select “Dispute Fraudulent Charges”
