Do I need to contact my billers and depositors to confirm the switch?

Check the Status column on your ClickSWITCH dashboard. If a switch is listed as "Completed," there's no need to contact the biller or depositor. However, for switches marked as "Mailed" (i.e., in-process) for more than 15 business days, you may want to contact the biller or depositor to see if the company needs additional information.
